Job summary

Beepo, a Probe Group company with an Australian footprint, invites you to join as an AU Accounts Payable Specialist. Based in Clark, Pampanga, the role offers a remote work setup with day shifts and a competitive rewards package.

You’ll handle invoice processing, approvals, vendor communication, and month-end closures while supporting a growing global client base. Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years in intercompany AP, strong data entry and invoicing experience, and proficiency with MS Teams,

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years or more experience in an intercompany
• Accounts Payable, Data Entry, Invoicing (High Volume of Invoices), Email Management experience
• Proficient in using MS Teams, MS Office, MS Outlook
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Process and code invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure that invoices are properly approved and supported by necessary documentation
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Monitor accounts payable aging reports and ensure timely payment of invoices
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues related to invoices or payments
• Assist in month-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations
• Maintain accurate and complete records of all accounts payable transactions
• Assist with other accounting projects and duties as assigned
