Job summary

Beepo in Clark, Pampanga, is seeking an AU Senior Accountant to lead accounts payable, payroll, and month-end closing in a remote day-shift setup. The role supports high-volume processing for global clients.

You will back up the payroll manager in monthly runs in XERO, handle superannuation and payroll tax tasks, reconcile accounts, and collaborate with the CCAs and local teams to ensure accurate, compliant reporting.

• Experience with XERO payroll and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AP processes and support high workload periods.
• Verify, classify, and record AP transactions in Xero and Approvalmax.
• Enter invoices according to closing timelines.
• Reconcile AP ledger and vendor statements; ensure proper recording.
• Investigate and identify discrepancies.
• Add new suppliers and coordinate with CCA for details.
• Generate and maintain AP status reports.
• Ensure proper allocation of expenses across accounts and cost centres.
• Back up payroll manager in processing monthly payroll in XERO.
• Manage superannuation processing and payroll tax tasks.
• Maintain payroll records and calculate liabilities.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies promptly.
• Support staff contracts and onboarding/offboarding payroll requirements.
• Collaborate with corporate and local teams on payroll onboarding/offboarding.
• Assist with Workers’ Compensation, PAYG, FBT, and payroll tax returns.
• Revenue reconciliation and bank reconciliation; intercompany reconciliation; petty cash reconciliation.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and project work.
• Contribute to system/process improvements.
