Job summary

DCX is seeking a Home Based Accounting Assistant to join our US-based client remotely from the Philippines. This full-time role emphasizes accuracy, learning, and attention to detail; candidates must follow client processes and maintain timely reporting.

The position starts as a 3-month contingent contract with the possibility of a full-time role after probation. You will handle accounts payable and receivable, year-end tasks, and utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, aligning with CST-USA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven accounting experience.
• Very proficient spoken and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter all invoices into Syncore and/or QuickBooks.
• Prepare weekly check runs based on current cash flow.
• Invoice all clients promptly upon order completion.
• Make routine collection contacts to follow up on outstanding balances.
• Issue past-due notices and client statements.
• Process royalty entries and submissions.
• Ensure efficient and accurate posting of transactions.
• Assist with the preparation of year-end financial statements.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Executive Team.
