DCX PH Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Home-Based Accounts Clerk to support a U.S.-based client, handling billing, collections, and AP tasks from the Philippines. The role emphasizes accurate records, timely payments, and clear communication with vendors and customers.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years AR/GL experience, strong English, Excel mastery, and proficiency in QuickBooks or SAP. This full-time remote position offers WFH setup, internet stipend, HMO on regularization, and CST USA-hours

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years of Accounts Receivable and/or General Accounting experience.
• Language: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Accounts Receivable: enter data, process credit applications, follow up on delinquent accounts, apply payments, resolve discrepancies, assist in monthly closing.
• Accounts Payable: process vendor invoices accurately, verify terms and payments, maintain vendor records, respond to inquiries.
