Job summary

DCX PH Inc. is hiring a Home Based Accounting Assistant to work full-time on US-based client books. You will handle A/P, A/R, invoicing, and cash-flow tasks with attention to detail in a fully remote role.

You will work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST, Monday–Friday, with a 3-month contract then potential full-time placement. This position offers remote work with growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven accounting experience.
• Very proficient spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST (USA), Monday–Friday.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Expert in QuickBooks and general clerical accounting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable: enter invoices into Syncore/QuickBooks.
• Prepare weekly check runs based on cash flow.
• Accounts Receivable: invoice clients promptly after order completion.
• Follow up on outstanding balances and issue past-due notices.
• Assist with year-end financial statements and general duties.
