Job summary

D2B is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our remote team and nurture client relationships across Australia and New Zealand. You will be the primary contact for clients, understand their business needs, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

This full-time, work-from-home role offers PHP 60,000–80,000 per month and a Monday–Friday schedule. You will manage renewals, drive upsell opportunities, monitor account health, and ensure exceptional service aligned

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Account Management or related roles.
• Experience supporting AU/NZ clients.
• Strong B2B client relationship management.
• Excellent English communication.
• Proven ability to manage renewals and upsell.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across AU and NZ.
• Serve as primary contact, ensuring timely communication and support.
• Understand client needs to provide appropriate solutions.
• Monitor account health and identify risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with recruitment, operations, payroll, and compliance.
• Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain accurate client records and CRM activity.
• Support onboarding and smooth transition from sales to account management.
• Ensure high-quality service aligned with client expectations.
