Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Manager, Social Media Specialist, or similar role
• Must have social media management experience with Australian or New Zealand clients, brands or agencies
• Strong experience in social media advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Experience using scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social
• Strong copywriting and content planning skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals
• Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content including captions, graphics, and short-form videos
• Launch, manage, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn Ads)
• Monitor performance metrics and generate reports with insights and recommendations for optimization
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure brand consistency
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
• Support paid social campaigns in coordination with the marketing or ads team
