D2B is seeking an experienced Account Manager to remotely manage client relationships across Australia and New Zealand. You will be the primary contact, drive satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities while coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or similar client-facing roles.
• Experience supporting Australian and/or New Zealand clients is required.
• Proven ability to manage expectations, resolve escalations, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Experience in account retention, renewals, upselling, and growth opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across Australia and New Zealand.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring timely communication and support.
• Understand client requirements, business objectives, and workforce needs to provide appropriate solutions.
• Monitor account health, client satisfaction, and engagement to identify risks and opportunities.
• Proactively manage client concerns, escalations, and service-related issues for timely resolution.
• Identify opportunities for growth, upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing relationships.
• Conduct regular client check-ins, reviews, and account performance discussions.
• Coordinate with recruitment, operations, payroll, and compliance to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate client records and reports using CRM systems.
• Support onboarding and transition from sales to account management.
• Monitor client retention and address potential cancellations.
