Job summary

RCBC is seeking a motivated professional to support the branch's sales objectives by acquiring new customers and cross-selling YGC products. The role requires willingness to be assigned at Hacienda Luisita Branch and to assist the Branch Manager in hitting sales targets.

The candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree, be adaptable to a banking sales environment, and demonstrate strong strategic planning, risk management, and credit evaluation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Sales experience in banking environment preferred.
• Ability to adapt and apply learned tools in leadership roles.
• Strong in Strategic Planning and Management.
• Knowledge of risk management controls.
• Experience in credit evaluation, analysis, and banking policies.
• 4-year business degree required.
