RCBC is seeking a business-oriented professional to support the Business Center’s growth through account acquisition and cross-selling of YGC products. You will assist the Relationship Manager in achieving sales goals and develop strategic plans to promote retail banking products.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with strong leadership abilities, risk awareness, and knowledge of banking policies. Adaptability and a proactive approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in sales and banking environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of risk management controls and banking policies is advantageous.
• Familiarity with credit evaluation and analysis methods.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Business Relationship Manager in achieving sales goals.
• Prepare monthly and daily sales call plans and reports and ensure correct recording of action plans and other essential information.
• Develop effective sales activities to help market retail banking products.
