Job summary

Bobbitech Enterprises in the Philippines seeks a Training Specialist to create and deliver product training across face-to-face, digital, and blended learning options. You will assist in developing training materials and spiels for promoter events and product launches.

You will also track training progress, conduct knowledge and standards audits for promoters nationwide, and help design assessment and audit templates to support ongoing quality.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of training related experience.
• Nationwide experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• People management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver product training using face-to-face, digital, and blended learning options.
• Assist the team in developing training programs and materials.
• Prepare spiels for Promoter use during product launches and promotions.
• Prepare training progress reports and end-of-training results.
• Conduct knowledge and standards audits for Promoters nationwide.
• Assist in creating assessment and audit requirements (memo, forms, schedules).
• Conduct audit progress reports and end-of-audit reports.

• Conduct knowledge and standards audits for all Promoters nationwide.

• Assist the team in creating assessment/audit requirements such as memo creation, audit forms development, audit schedule and targets, or any other support needed

• Conduct audit progress report and end of audit report per audit

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• With 2-3 years of Training Related experience

• Nationwide Experience
