Job description

Responsible for developing and delivering training programs that help employees fully understand the companys products and services.

This role ensures that Sales, Marketing, and other key departments are equipped with the right product knowledge to confidently promote and support end-users.

The position covers the end-to-end process of training from creating materials and conducting sessions to assessing learning results and ensuring continuous product knowledge improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and deliver product training materials (manuals, presentations, videos, e-learning modules).
• Conduct in-person and online product training for Sales, Marketing, and other departments.
• Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and materials preparation.
• Provide field coaching, assess product knowledge application, and address training gaps.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Teams, and Principals to align training with business goals.
• Support training and onboarding for newly acquired products.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
• Prepare training reports, attendance records, and recommendations for improvement.

Working Conditions

• Primarily office-based with occasional field visits and travel.
• May require standing and presenting during training sessions.

Qualifications
