• Track attendance, performance, and overall training effectiveness.
• Document and share promoters’ success stories in selling key models.
• Handle the distribution of GCash incentives to promoters.
• Identify skill gaps and recommend tailored training solutions to improve sales performance.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Conduct 2-day onboarding training for new promoters (all categories), scheduled once or twice a week depending on promoter intake.
• Lead monthly training sessions on new products, key models, and selling skills across all categories.
• Deliver training sessions based on dealer requests, occasionally covering 2–3 dealers per month.
• Organize quarterly or product launch-specific training programs.
• Develop training decks, activities, and exams, adapting HQ materials for the Philippine market.
• Track attendance, performance, and overall training effectiveness.
• Document and share promoters’ success stories in selling key models.
• Handle the distribution of GCash incentives to promoters.
• Identify skill gaps and recommend tailored training solutions to improve sales performance.
