Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of training programs and events.
• Manage client communications via email, social media, and other platforms.
• Coordinate with clients, trainers, and internal teams for timely program delivery.
• Monitor activities, maintain records, and prepare data, reports, and presentations.
• Assist in documenting SOPs, compliance, and QA processes.
• Identify gaps and support initiatives to improve efficiency and service.
• Perform other program-related tasks aligned with client needs.
