Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 1–2 years of training and development experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains regional training programs and materials.
• Delivers training sessions in-person and virtually.
• Conducts needs assessments with regional managers to identify gaps.
• Tracks training records, attendance, and certifications.
• Evaluates program effectiveness and recommends improvements.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Prepares reports on training activities and outcomes.
• Manages training resources, budgets, and vendors.
• Supports regularization processes in the region as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
