Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a proactive Program Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and delivery of regional initiatives across Southeast Asia and India. This role requires strong organization, multitasking, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or related functions.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience supporting budgets, procurement activities, vendor management or contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, track actions, identify risks and follow up.
• Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and meeting materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, procurement, legal, and external partners.
• Support portfolio and resource planning across multiple projects.
• Assist with budget tracking, forecasting, and contract administration.
• Coordinate vendor engagements, quotations, approvals and service delivery schedules.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure governance compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency.
• Organize meetings, document key discussion points, and ensure follow-up actions.
