Job summary

PayMongo Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the SME business across an assigned region in the Philippines.

You will translate commercial strategy into on-ground execution, driving merchant acquisition, activation, and transaction growth while ensuring sustainable gross profit. You will guide Area Sales Leads and their field teams, applying market insight and disciplined execution to deliver scalable results.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in SME, field, or territory-based sales leadership.
• Proven ability to coach sales managers or team leaders, not just individual contributors.
• Strong capability in sales performance management including target setting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own regional sales performance and drive GP, merchant acquisition, activation, and growth.
• Lead and develop Area Sales Leads and their teams across territories.
• Improve conversion, onboarding, and first transaction through cross-functional collaboration.
• Build locally relevant go-to-market strategies based on regional markets and segments.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline with disciplined forecasting and visibility.
