PayMongo, Philippines, is seeking a Sales Manager to own the growth and commercial performance of a mid-market merchant portfolio. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding and ongoing growth, with a focus on profitability and scale.

You will lead negotiations, structure pricing, and drive multi‑product adoption while building durable merchant relationships and delivering measurable impact on Gross Profit and TPV. This is a high-autonomy, result‑oriented role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B sales or account management.
• Experience in fintech or digital payments is preferred.
• Strong CRM, forecasting, and pipeline discipline.
• Ability to negotiate high-value commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage high-potential mid-market merchants across sectors.
• Own full sales cycle from first contact through close and onboarding.
• Develop compelling commercial proposals and pricing terms.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and accounts.
• Grow the portfolio through upsell, cross-sell, and multi-product adoption.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and grow revenue.
