Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is hiring a Manager, Sales for the ESMB segment in the Philippines. You will lead a team of Account Executives, drive revenue growth, and coordinate with stakeholders to achieve corporate objectives in a fast paced CRM environment.

You will mentor the sales team, participate in client meetings, and help recruit, hire and train new representatives while maintaining accurate forecasts for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive software sales experience in an individual contributor and management role.
• Proven record of sales success in a similar enterprise software application environment.
• Successful track record in a high volume transaction sales environment.
• Working knowledge/experience of the CRM space.
• Excellent presentation and listening skills.
• Must be able to thrive in a very fast paced environment.
• Ability to hire and train new sales representatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Executives and drive growth for the Emerging Small Business & Small Medium Business Accounts.
• Participate and lead in client and prospect meetings and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop the sales team, recruit, hire and train new members on sales processes.
• Forecast accuracy and reporting to senior sales management; monitor activity and track results.
