Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet targets and grow bike sales in assigned areas.
- Identify and build relationships with new dealers, retailers, and distribution partners.
- Conduct regular market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
- Manage and monitor sales activities across the Malabon region and nearby areas.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions, gather competitor intelligence, and support sales partners.
- Ensure timely delivery and availability of products within the region.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to support regional sales operations.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports and forecasts to management.
- Provide feedback from the field to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve dealer and client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist with after-sales support and warranty-related queries as needed.
- Use own motorcycle to travel within the territory for fieldwork, partner visits, and deliveries when necessary.
Qualifications
- Age 25-40
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the Bike, motorcycle, or related industries
- Must own a motorcycle and have a valid driver’s license
- Strong interpersonal and negotiations skills
- Knowledge of the Malabon area and surrounding locations is an advantage
- High level of initiative, independence, and integrity
- Ability to meet targets under minimal supervision
- Will handle Malabon area
