A leading e-bike company is seeking a Sales Representative in Malabon. The role involves developing sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, and conducting market research. Ideal candidates should have field sales experience and own a motorcycle. The position offers on-site work with government-mandated benefits including 13th Month Pay.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the bike or motorcycle industry.
• Must own a motorcycle and have a valid driver’s license.
• High level of initiative, independence, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet targets.
• Identify and build relationships with new dealers and retailers.
• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
• Manage and monitor sales activities across the Malabon region and nearby areas.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions, gather competitor intelligence, and support sales partners.
• Ensure timely delivery and availability of products within the region.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support regional sales operations.
• Prepare and present sales performance reports and forecasts to management.
• Provide feedback from the field to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.

• Identify and build relationships with new dealers, retailers, and distribution partners.
• Conduct regular market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
• Manage and monitor sales activities across the Malabon region and nearby areas.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions, gather competitor intelligence, and support sales partners.
• Ensure timely delivery and availability of products within the region.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to support regional sales operations.
• Prepare and present sales performance reports and forecasts to management.
• Provide feedback from the field to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
• Address and resolve dealer and client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with after-sales support and warranty-related queries as needed.
• Use own motorcycle to travel within the territory for fieldwork, partner visits, and deliveries when necessary.

Qualifications

• Age 25-40
• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the Bike, motorcycle, or related industries
• Must own a motorcycle and have a valid driver’s license
• Strong interpersonal and negotiations skills
• Knowledge of the Malabon area and surrounding locations is an advantage
• High level of initiative, independence, and integrity
• Ability to meet targets under minimal supervision
• Will handle Malabon area
