Job summary

HATASU E-Bike is hiring for an on-site sales position in Malabon. The role requires 1–3 years of sales experience, a diploma, and strong communication in English and Tagalog. You will actively promote the brand, conduct product demonstrations, and assist customers with inquiries and after-sales concerns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year sales experience in any field.
• Sales experience in e-bike industry is a plus.

• Promote the HATASU brand and product offerings to achieve retail sales goals.
• Demonstrate products and consult with customers/users/dealer personnel as needed.
• Assist in resolving after-sales issues and maintain brand integrity.

• Equip him/herself with proper knowledge to conduct product demonstration and consultation with customers/users/dealer personnel at any given time and circumstances.
• Actively communicate with interested customers or potential buyers, promoting the HATASU brand and its product offerings to achieve retail sales goals.
• Assist in resolving any issue or concerns relevant to after sales and brand.
• Maintain store image and product display; report Stocks or Inventory Health, In-store Visibility, and any impending issues to the ASC / Sales Manager and/or Marketing Officer.
• Comply with and strictly implement the company's rules and regulations for store management.
• Actively participate in the training/assessment and other training activities organized by the company, familiar with the company's assessment and related sales policies, and continuously improve sales skills.
• Execute other business activities arranged by the Territory Sales Manager (TSM), Sales Team (ASC/RSM) related to promoting sales and maintaining the brand image of HATASU in the market; Accurately understand, actively cooperate, and properly implement the brand’s promotional activities.
