Job summary

HATASU E-Bike in Isabela (on-site) is seeking a dynamic Sales & Business Development professional with 1–3 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree to drive regional bike sales.

You will identify dealers, manage the Isabela and Quezon territory, coordinate with logistics and customer service, and pursue targets with minimal supervision while maintaining strong relationships with clients. Ownership of a motorcycle and valid license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1-3 years of field sales experience is preferred.
• Must own a motorcycle and have a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel within the Isabela/Quezon region.
• Aged 25–40 years.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet targets and grow bike sales in assigned areas.
• Identify and build relationships with new dealers, retailers, and distribution partners.
• Conduct regular market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
• Manage and monitor sales activities across Isabela and nearby areas within the Quezon region.
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer service to support regional sales operations.
• Prepare and present sales performance reports and forecasts to management.
