Job summary

AimBig Employment Pty Ltd is recruiting a high-impact sales leader to oversee multi-region retail and channel operations across the Philippines, with a base in Cebu. You will direct a team including Assistant Managers and Account Managers, shaping growth plans and driving performance with key partners.

Travel is regular to support teams and customers; you will partner with senior leadership on commercial planning, and be responsible for delivering growth across Cebu, Davao, Manila and beyond.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large, geographically dispersed sales teams.
• Experience in retail, channel, B2B, enterprise, tech, telecom, FMCG or consumer sectors.
• Experience managing managers and driving team performance.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic decision-making.
• Ability to travel regularly domestically.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail and channel sales operations across multiple provincial territories
• Drive sales growth through distributors, dealers, and retail partners
• Manage Assistant Managers and Account Managers across Cebu, Davao, and Manila
• Develop and execute territory growth plans aligned with business objectives
• Build strong relationships with key channel partners and stakeholders
• Monitor market opportunities, sales performance, and competitor activity
• Coach and develop high-performing sales teams
• Collaborate with leadership on commercial planning and business priorities
• Ensure consistent execution and performance across all assigned regions
• Travel regularly to support teams, customers, and business partners
