Job summary

Neltex Development Co., Inc. in Cebu is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive regional performance. You will develop sales strategies, monitor territory activities, and identify growth opportunities to maximize accounts and targets.

You will also develop new markets, strengthen trade relationships, and ensure successful product launches while coaching a high-performing sales team across the Cebu/Iloilo region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of managerial experience in a sales, marketing, or brand management environment.
• Proven sales track record with district or regional management experience.
• Strong experience in sales team management and territory management and achieving targets.
• Experience using sales applications, CRM systems or other sales tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Must be Cebu- or Iloilo-based.
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the sales team to maximize achievement of assigned sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and trade promotions; monitor activities, call frequency, and territory coverage.
• Identify opportunities to increase active and buying accounts.
• Develop new markets and strengthen relationships with trade partners and customers.
• Improve product sell-outs through trade channels and support new product launches.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and motivation; monitor performance and ensure alignment with company strategies.
