Job summary

Our Clients in Cebu City is seeking a Regional Sales Operations Manager to oversee sales and operational performance across multiple branches, driving growth and efficiency. You will report to the General Sales Manager and translate strategic direction into regional initiatives.

The role requires 5–8 years in sales/ops, 3+ years in leadership, multi-site experience, and strong KPI analysis, budgeting, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant sales and operations experience.
• 3+ years in a managerial capacity.
• Experience managing multiple branches or locations.
• Experience in developing and executing sales and operational strategies.
• Strong KPI and performance review capabilities.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the sales and operational performance of multiple branches within the assigned region.
• Support the General Sales Manager in the development and execution of sales and operational strategies.
• Drive the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, revenue, profitability, and operational targets.
• Conduct regular business performance reviews with branch managers, analyzing KPIs and costs.
• Identify performance gaps and develop corrective action plans with the Regional Manager.
• Monitor branch sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue and efficiency.
• Oversee branch budgets, resources, and operating expenses for profitability.
• Establish, monitor, and evaluate branch and team KPIs.
• Lead and develop branch managers and sales/ops teams.
• Conduct regular branch visits and ensure execution of standards.
• Oversee branch operations to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify process improvements, including 5S and operational excellence.
• Ensure policy compliance across branches.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, HR, and others.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Provide market insights and recommendations for growth.
• Prepare and present regional performance reports to Senior stakeholders.
