VTSA International Inc is seeking a Sales Leader to develop and implement effective sales strategies and manage key accounts from Cebu on-site. The role requires 3-5 years in sales with supervisory experience and strong leadership.

You will lead and motivate the sales team, analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and prepare forecasts and reports for senior management. Frequent travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in Sales Strategy and Management, Key Account Management, and Organization Skills.
• Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned areas to meet clients.
