The position demands a minimum of five years in sales management and a proven track record of hitting targets. You will manage a sales force, coordinate with marketing, forecast pipelines, and mentor staff while navigating packaging/manufacturing markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels.
• Proficient in data analysis and using sales reporting tools to drive decision-making.
• Familiarity with the region's market and a strong understanding of the packaging or manufacturing industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and support to help them reach their individual and team goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identify and acquire new prospective clients.
• Oversee the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting for the region.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that support regional sales efforts.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
