Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd, Philippines-based, seeks an experienced sales leader to oversee regional channel and retail operations across multiple provinces. You will drive growth with distributors and partners while managing senior account teams in Cebu, Davao, and Manila.

You will develop territory plans, coach managers, and collaborate with senior leadership on commercial priorities, ensuring consistent performance and market expansion through travel and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

Proven track record leading large, geographically dispersed sales teams.
Strong background in retail, channel, B2B, enterprise or consumer sectors.
Excellent stakeholder management and partner engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead retail and channel sales operations across multiple provincial territories.
Drive sales growth through distributors, dealers, and retail partners.
Manage Assistant Managers and Account Managers in Cebu, Davao, and Manila.
Develop and execute territory growth plans aligned with objectives.
Build relationships with key channel partners and stakeholders.
Monitor opportunities, performance, and competitor activity.
Coach and develop high-performing sales teams.
Collaborate with leadership on commercial planning and priorities.
Ensure consistent execution and performance across regions.
Travel regularly to support teams, customers, and partners.
