Job summary

Link Business Process Inc. is looking for an Area Sales Executive to grow the business by acquiring and managing merchant partners across NCR, Cavite, Las Piñas, and Davao.

You will build strong relationships, expand the network, and ensure long-term partnerships. Key duties include onboarding new merchants, conducting market research, proposing value-driven solutions, maintaining account health, and collaborating with internal teams to support onboarding and activation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field is required.
• At least 2 years of merchant acquisition or field sales experience.
• Experience in FinTech, Digital Payment Solutions, E-commerce, Banking, Telecommunications, or FMCG is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and onboard new offline and online merchant partners within the assigned area.
• Conduct market research and prospecting activities to generate qualified merchant leads.
• Understand merchant needs and recommend suitable business solutions that create value for both the merchant and the company.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with merchant partners to ensure long-term engagement and business growth.
• Monitor and evaluate merchant performance, business contribution, and overall account health.
• Develop and manage a merchant acquisition pipeline and target list to achieve sales objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support merchant onboarding, activation, and account management.
• Address merchant concerns, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates and reports on merchant acquisition activities, market insights, and competitor movements.
