Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in sales, business development or merchant acquisition.
• Experience building partnerships with merchants and external stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of sales, merchant acquiring, and marketing programs.
• Proven ability to negotiate and achieve business targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive new merchant accreditation by prospecting, negotiating, and establishing partnerships to expand the merchant network.
• Strengthen relationships with merchant partners to drive installments and retail billings.
• Develop and execute merchant-driven programs, including offers and promos.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement acquisition and marketing initiatives.
• Analyze merchant performance and market trends to support growth strategies.
• Achieve acquisition and billing targets while ensuring policy compliance.
