Job summary

IQVIA in the Philippines seeks a Regional HR Programs Partner to drive delivery of regional HR services and projects with a strong focus on execution across multiple workflows. You will coordinate activities, support program delivery, and communicate with global and regional stakeholders to track progress and report status.

Responsibilities include testing and documenting new systems, maintaining project plans, timelines and action logs, and building robust relationships with functional partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 2+ years in HR team environment or HR projects.
• Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail.
• English proficiency for written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute timely delivery of HR services across regional programs with the HR Partner Team.
• Innovate and contribute to process and system improvements within HR workflows.
• Prepare status updates and reports for stakeholders and drive results.
• Assist with testing, documenting, and implementing new HR systems or applications.
