Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (HR, Business Admin, Operations or Project Management).
• 2+ years' experience in HR team environment (generalist, admin, shared services, partnering or projects).
• Strong organisational skills, detail oriented, self-driven and autonomous work style.
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Customer-centric, solutions oriented with high delivery standards and strong verbal/written English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regional HR programs and projects with strong focus on operational execution.
• Coordinate across multiple HR workstreams (benefits, user experience and engagement, process improvement).
• Provide status updates, reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Assist with HR system testing, documentation and implementation activities.
• Coordinate meetings, maintain project plans and timelines, and log actions and status updates.
• Establish and manage communications across programs and teams.
• Support team program delivery and reporting across cyclical and ad hoc streams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with functional stakeholders and partner organisations.
