Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in the Philippines to lead end-to-end recruitment for volume and campus hiring across multiple functions. You will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and ensure SLAs and quality standards are met.

You will manage sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding while supporting university engagement and early-career programs. Working hours are 1pm–10pm local time as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in corporate, BPO, or high-volume settings.
• Experience recruiting for Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales, Back Office, and related roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience coordinating campus recruitment events and university engagement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and campus demand.
• Develop sourcing strategies for volume, campus, and early-career hiring.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate offers and onboarding.
• Build pipelines and monitor funnel metrics to meet SLAs and targets.
