Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR or related field; management experience required.
• Prior work experience in call center and/or repair industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as extension of HR Leadership Team in the region.
• Develop regional HR strategy aligned with business goals.
• Drive consistency of HR practices across sites in the region.
• Lead M&A from HR perspective and coordinate with Legal and Corporate Communications.
• Support HR systems rollout and regional HR initiatives.
