IQVIA SOLUTIONS OPERATIONS CENTER PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking an Associate Manager, Meetings & Events to lead a team of meeting planners across hybrid and home-based setups in the Taguig area.

You will drive performance, ensure compliant delivery of global programs, and optimize resource planning. The role focuses on people leadership, program governance, and superior customer experience, with opportunities to mentor teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of meeting industry experience.
• Experience leading people, managing teams, or leading projects is highly desirable.
• Life Sciences experience preferred, working knowledge of HCP interaction regulations a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with concise and clear summaries and next steps.
• Strong sense of urgency and the ability to solve problems effectively.
• Willing to work in night shift and in Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of meeting planners including office-based/home-based/hybrid employees.
• Set comprehensive and measurable goals for team and individuals to optimize productivity, quality and customer service.
• Ensure client defined business rules are applied by the team throughout the planning lifecycle for compliance and experience.
• Plan and manage resources to meet forecasted workload; monitor workload and KPIs to prioritize resources.
