Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field.
• At least 10 years of Human Resource Management experience in the manufacturing, retail, or service industry.
• Proven experience implementing HR programs involving employee engagement, performance management, and learning and development.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including coaching, mentoring, and managing teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced business environment.
• Willingness to work in Cebu City.

Responsibilities
