Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field; master's or executive education is an advantage.
• Senior Manager level or above with readiness to lead the overall HR function.
• Extensive experience leading HR strategy and operations in large-scale, multi-site organizations.
• Proven track record managing HR across multiple locations with corporate and frontline workforces.
• Strong background in organizational development, workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and labor compliance.
