Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Regional Accounts Manager to manage and grow relationships with key account partners, driving sales opportunities and onboarding new clients. You will develop strategic plans, monitor performance, and lead product launches beyond store level, requiring strong field experience in retail electronics.

Success comes from building productive partnerships, planning long-term strategies, and delivering results across multiple categories in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or key account management in retail gadget or appliances.
• Experience presenting business reviews (monthly/quarterly/yearly).
• Strong understanding of retail market and consumer durables.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with Key Account partners to maximize sales.
• Establish productive relationships with key personnel in KAC partners.
• Lead onboarding of new clients and contribute to new business pitches.
• Develop strategy to boost productivity across commodity categories.
• Define long-term plans for the segment and motivate KAC partners.
• Monitor dealer sales and propose actions to hit product targets.
• Ensure smooth product launches beyond store level, including credit/card projects.
