Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a proactive Brands Key Account Manager to onboard new brands, boost sales, and nurture relationships with key partners. You will spot growth opportunities, resolve client issues quickly, and develop creative joint promotions to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will monitor brand performance, collaborate with marketing, and define strategies to increase productivity across accounts.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management/Marketing or similar.
• Basic MS Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new brands and secure onboarding success.
• Monitor brand performance and propose action plans to hit targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key Brand KAC partners.
• Resolve issues and track processes affecting account outcomes.
• Represent client needs to cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.
• Analyze consumer data to understand account needs and opportunities.
• Define strategies to increase account productivity and revenue.
• Collaborate with Marketing on joint promotions with manufacturers.
• Identify new opportunities for campaigns and co-marketing with partners.
