Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is looking for a results-driven professional to drive CD Key Account partnerships and expand market share. You will craft strategies, onboard new clients, and monitor performance to meet ambitious sales targets.

Collaboration with Marketing and PR will support joint promotions and campaigns. The role requires strong relationship-building, data-driven decision making, and a good understanding of retail dynamics.

Qualifications

• Organizational skills and ability to independently handle daily tasks.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Advanced MS Office and Excel skills.
• Business acumen in Retail, Financing, Business Development, Operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and penetrate CD Key Account partners, maintaining long-term relationships and maximizing sales opportunities.
• Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned KAC partners.
• Play an integral role in new business pitches and onboarding of new clients.
• Define strategy and actions to increase productivity in the CD business.
• Set up short- and long-term CD segment strategies and motivation schemes for partners.
• Monitor sales performance and propose action plans to hit targets by product and category.
