Job summary

MSA Safety is seeking a dynamic Sales professional to expand our presence in the Philippines, focusing on the Vissaya region and mining/heavy industry sectors. You will lead end-user engagements, drive adoption of SCBA, gas detectors, fall protection, and industrial helmets, and collaborate with Marketing and Service teams to meet revenue targets.

The role requires 5+ years in PPE sales, strong relationship-building with end users and key accounts, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

5 years Sales experience
Experience developing end user project
Proven track record managing Key Account Relationships
3-5 years in Sales of PPE products to end users; mining/safety industry a plus
University degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science or Business Management

Responsibilities

Drive sales activities and execute the marketing plan to achieve Total PH revenue goals.
Identify targeted end users, nurture accounts into opportunities, and convert competitive products to MSA.
Develop and grow total product groups; increase sales, profit and market share in PH, especially Vissaya region.
Provide training and product knowledge & demonstrations to channel partners and end users.
Travel about 70% of the time
