Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales management in heavy equipment, construction, mining, truck, or industrial machinery.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of sales planning, business development, and key account management.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and sales targets.
• Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, mining companies, logistics firms, and other key accounts.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and business negotiations.
• Coordinate with the Service, Parts, Finance, and Logistics departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closing.
• Ensure timely collection of customer payments and proper documentation.
• Represent the company during exhibitions, customer events, and industry activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
