Job summary

Sika Philippines Inc is seeking a Sales Engineer to promote products and systems while building strong customer relationships in the Davao region. The role requires a Civil/Mining Engineering background with 3–5 years of construction industry experience, and a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering or related four-year course.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Promote products and systems to customers.
• Develop customer relationships and service on-site and in office.
• Provide technical information and on-site support for distributors and end users.
• Seek and develop new opportunities based on site conditions and customer challenges.
• Meet targets on initiatives as agreed with management.
• Utilize equipment, literature and sales aids to maximize exposure.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on industry developments.
• Keep professional account and territory management practices.
• Prepare monthly reports and keep customer details and project lists up to date.
