Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a senior recruitment leader to build and guide a team, manage relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and deliver end-to-end recruitment with a focus on MSP/RPO and Shared Services. The role requires FMCG sector experience, strong data and KPI reporting, and excellent stakeholder management.

The position is based onsite in Makati, with a preference for candidates who can work five days per week in the office and drive performance through inclusive leadership

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience with end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience in MSP, RPO, or Shared Services environment.
• Experience in FMCG or similar sectors is required.
• Strong capability in reporting, data management, analysis, and KPI/scorecard management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisation, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused and collaborative mindset.
• Strong understanding of industry trends and talent markets.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
• Willingness to work onsite 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Build, guide and manage a team of recruitment professionals and ensure goals and SLAs are met.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to maximise contract performance.
• Provide guidance and compliance with Page Outsourcing Values.
• Lead day-to-day workload and support team development across the recruitment lifecycle.
• Keep abreast of market trends to attract talent and build pipelines for vacancies.
• Provide advice to stakeholders including Recruitment Partners, Consultants and Hiring Managers.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures in the Shared Services Centre.
• Maximise resources to deliver high-quality end-to-end recruitment services.

What will you be doing?

To build, guide and manage a team of recruitment professionals and ensure that everyone in the team meets the goals and expectations from internal and external stakeholders. To build and manage excellent relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, maximising contract performance, while achieving all aspects of the service level agreement. Ensure all clients, candidates and colleagues receive an experience in-line with the Page Outsourcing Values.

Key Activities

• Responsible for guiding a team through the day-to-day workload, ensuring you support the development and growth of each team member across the recruitment lifecycle in line with operational excellence expectations and service level agreements.
• Keep abreast of best practices and current market and industry trends to help attract the talent we need and build an ongoing pipeline for future vacancies.
• Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of our industry to provide advice and guidance to relevant stakeholders, including Recruitment Partners, Consultants and Hiring Managers.
• Lead and contribute to the development, review, implementation and execution of policies and procedures in the Shared Services Centre.
• Maximise the use and effectiveness of resources, including people, systems, sourcing channels and processes, to deliver accurate and high-quality end-to-end recruitment services to internal and external stakeholders.
• Champion the centre’s vision and values by leading by example in operational excellence, professional behaviour and high standards of work.
• Ensure the experience delivered to our customers and candidates is consistently excellent and customer-focused.

What are we looking for?

• 2+ years of leadership experience, ideally managing 1–5 direct reports.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, with end-to-end recruitment experience required.
• Experience in an MSP, RPO, or Shared Services environment.
• Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or similar sectors is required.
• Strong capability in reporting, data management, analysis, and KPI/scorecard management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisation, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• A customer-focused and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
• Strong understanding of industry trends and talent markets.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
• Willingness to work onsite 5 days per week.
