Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Senior Recruitment Leader to guide a team of recruitment professionals, manage relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and ensure contract performance across the Shared Services Centre. You will drive end-to-end recruitment, implement policies, and uphold service levels in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership and 5+ years in recruitment, with FMCG and MSP/RPO experience preferred. Onsite work five days a week is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience
• 5+ years of recruitment experience with end-to-end recruitment
• Experience in an MSP, RPO, or Shared Services environment
• Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or similar sectors
• Strong capability in reporting, data management, analysis and KPI/scorecard management
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills
• Strong organisation, prioritisation and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused and collaborative mindset
• High integrity, accountability and professionalism
• Willingness to work onsite 5 days per week

Responsibilities

• Build, guide and manage a team of recruitment professionals to meet goals and SLA commitments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to maximise contract performance.
• Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders including Recruitment Partners, Consultants and Hiring Managers.
• Develop, review and implement policies and procedures in the Shared Services Centre.
• Maximise use of resources and channels to deliver high-quality end-to-end recruitment services.
• Lead by example to reflect operational excellence and professionalism.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience for clients and candidates.
