Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a hands-on Reporting Lead to manage a global reporting team within our scaled recruiting services. You will deliver high-quality Power BI reports and Excel insights for clients and internal operations, shaping information flows to support accurate billing across time zones.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience leading analytics or reporting teams.

What will you be doing?

A hands-on team management role that combines personal delivery with managing the reporting team's work. The role delivers and maintains high-quality, consistent Power BI and Excel reports and insights for clients and operational teams within our scaled recruiting services teams. It also delivers the internal information flows needed to support timely and accurate billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate contractual service levels into measurable definitions and confirm those definitions with the account lead and the client.
• Analyze project requirements and design information flows to support accurate and timely billing in collaboration with teams include finance and integration
• Estimate work and agree schedule and priorities with implementation managers
• Deliver personally, and lead the delivery of, those dashboards, reports and dataflows to quality standards
• Ensure stakeholders and leadership receive accurate and timely progress and capacity reporting
• Ensure reports are maintained and continuously improved
• Coordinate delivery priorities and workloads
• Lead and develop reporting team members
• Resolve delivery issues or escape where not possible
• Develop technical depth in the team so that no report depends on a single individual.
• Maintain current documentation for every reporting asset: metric definitions, data lineage, business rules, and known limitations.

What are we looking for?

• 3-4+ years of reporting experience is required, with experience in client-facing roles, dashboard and report design and delivery, and working across different cultures and time zones.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, or VMS platforms is advantageous.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to clearly understand and articulate business and data requirements and confidently engage with clients.
• Expert-level Microsoft Power BI skills are mandatory, including report development, testing, auditing, DAX, Power Query, and dimensional data modelling, as well as the ability to review and audit the work of others.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience, including team management and performance management, ideally leading analytics or reporting teams.
