Job summary

Feihe International Philippines Corporation in Taguig is seeking a Recruitment Supervisor responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition, forecasting staffing needs with department heads, and driving omni-channel sourcing to meet hiring goals.

You will report to the HRGA Manager, coordinate interviewing and pre-onboarding steps, ensure background checks and contracts are smoothly handed off, and maintain compliance with local labor laws and data privacy rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or Psychology.
• 2+ years in full-cycle recruitment, with 1–2 years leading or supervising a team.
• Advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Expert understanding of local labor laws, equal employment opportunity principles, and data privacy rules.

Pay: Php30,000 – Php40,000

• Manage Calendars
• Assist in processing work visas & permits

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Psychology.
• Experience: 2+ years in full-cycle recruitment, with 1–2 years leading or supervising a talent acquisition team.
