Job summary

Everstone Development and Construction Inc. is seeking a seasoned Recruitment Lead to drive end-to-end hiring in a fast-paced environment in the Philippines. You will manage multiple vacancies, refine sourcing strategies, and lead a team to ensure timely, high-quality hires.

The role demands strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills, plus a solid grasp of local labor practices and HRIS systems. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in recruitment are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or other course.
• 3–5 years of Recruitment working experience preferably in HR Lead/Supervisor role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, interviewing techniques, and talent-sourcing methods.
• Good understanding of Philippine labor and employment practices is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and applicant tracking or HR information systems.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
