The HR Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring requirements and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and facilitating onboarding. The role ensures that the company attracts, selects, and hires qualified candidates who fit the organization’s requirements and culture.
Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to identify manpower requirements.
Prepare and post job advertisements on appropriate recruitment platforms and social media channels.
Source and screen qualified candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Review resumes and applications and conduct initial phone or online screenings.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on qualifications, experience, skills, and cultural fit.
Maintain an updated database of candidates and recruitment records.
Coordinate pre-employment requirements, background checks, and reference checks when applicable.
Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
Coordinate with HR and other departments regarding new-hire onboarding.
Monitor recruitment timelines and provide regular hiring status reports.
Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
Support other HR activities and projects as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also be considered.
Knowledge of recruitment practices, interview techniques, and sourcing methods.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Familiarity with job portals and applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
