Job summary

Finest Asia Resources, Inc. is seeking an HR Manager for an on-site role in Makati. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and 3-5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.

You will oversee the recruitment process, mentor a team of recruiters, develop sourcing strategies, analyze metrics, and collaborate with department heads to create job descriptions, while ensuring deadlines are met.
